 Before Booking our Terms Conditions read carefully. If you agree with abide by the same, then you booked, after that no claim nor complain will be accepted by the booking Authority of SABITA TOURS & TRAVELS. We always try our best serve to better. Our Terms & Conditions are following.

1. Tour Programme & Hotel may be changed /Alternated, if necessary.

2. Travellers are requested to carry original photo identity card (i.e Voter Card /Passport /Aadhar Card ) & Passport Size Photo with him/her as per govt. rules.

3. If any traveller will unable to catch the train/bus/car within proper time, he/she will totally responsible for that incident.

4. All Package excluding Train/ Air Fair, Train Food, Entry Fee, Boating & Garden Entry, House Boat Back Water, Ropeway/Sikara Ride & Jeep/Elephant Safari, Auto Fair, Passenger Tax, Coli Charge, Guide Charge etc has to pay by the Party.

5. Package money will be full paid 15 days before of package date.

6. No Room Reservations made until Final Confirmation along with Advance received.

7. Rooms and Package rates subject to availability on specific time period.

8. The advance amount will not be refundable if the date of journey will changed or cancelled due to some unavoidable circumstances i.e cancelled due to political insurgency, Natural calamity and cancellation of Train or Situation beyond our any reason whatsoever. However in any circumstances if the tour is extended for any exigencies the extra cost thereof will have to paid by the Party.

9. Children of age group between 4 to 10 years have to pay 10% less amount from the actual rate of the journey.

10. Travellers are requested to book their tour 120 days before the date of journey.
